Who We Are
Todd Jokerst
- President and Co-Founder
Todd Jokerst brings a robust background in radiation detection, technical, and product application knowledge. The medical and radiochemistry communities will find Jokerst Scientific a great resource for their radiological instrumentation needs.
He has earned Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois and Georgia Tech respectively. He has performed research at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and practiced engineering at Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant and the Callaway Nuclear Plant. He has been a member of the National Health Physics Society since 1986. He is considered a subject matter expert in radiation detection.

Steven Jokerst
Sales Representative
Steven Jokerst possesses a strong background in engineering, medical technologies, and technical problem solving. He has earned Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in BioMedical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station. There, he performed research in the Cardiovascular Pathology Laboratory of Texas A&M which included work within clinical pathology using High Resolution Computed Tomography and Electron Microscopy. He has also spent a large part of the last decade acting as a Clinical Specialist, providing engineering solutions to practicing physicians within the Cardiovascular space.

M3D’s RAVIN CAM is the world’s leading imaging survey meter, designed specifically for healthcare facilities. The RAVIN CAM can detect, quantify, and image sources of radiation in real-time. With a room temperature solid state radiation detector, it boasts energy resolution of 1.1% FWHM and can detect and image different sources simultaneously. Use it to monitor patient treatments, cleanup contamination, verify shielding, dispose of radioactive waste and identify the isotope present.
